How It Started
Meera began her journey long back when she faced the issue of severe back pain and her teacher advised her to practice yoga for the same and that advice changed her life! And after that she opted Yoga as a full time career. Meera Rawat opted for a course in International Yoga Alliance (YTCC). She completed her masters in Yoga Science and joined Sohum Institute of Yoga as Yoga Instructor and currently she has an experience of about 4+ years.
